Manga Like Teisou Gyakuten Sekai nara Moteru to Omottetara

Is this an even bigger harem than I expected!? In a modern world with few men, my popularity is off the charts! A gender-reversed world—where the male-to-female ratio is 1:20, women have stronger sexual desires, and the rare men are guarded by female bodyguards, living a dream life. Fifteen years have passed since Ichinose Ikuto was reincarnated into this harem-guaranteed world, but for some reason, he isn't popular. He laments that all the bodyguards around him are handsome, and especially that his best friend, Tohsaka Rui, is exceptionally high-spec. But the truth is—these bodyguards are actually beautiful girls in disguise! Completely oblivious, Ikuto stays dangerously close to them, giving every girl the impression that they have a chance. As his unintentional harem continues to grow, Rui, who wants to be seen as a girl, finally reveals everything to him—!? My popularity is off the charts, and this never-ending harem romcom is about to begin!
